Concrete Polishing
We specialize in grinding & polishing new or existing concrete floors. Removing coatings and/or leveling the concrete is the first step. Then we work our way up in grits to remove scratches from the previous step. Densifier is applied to the concrete to strengthen and dustproof the surface. Polishing continues until the desired gloss level is achieved. Final steps will be to clean, seal, and burnish the concrete or stain and seal if desired. In the end, you are left with a beautiful, low maintenance, easy to clean floor that will last. The life-cycle cost can be up to 60% less than any other traditional floor coverings.

There are many occasions when concrete needs to be ground level to eliminate tripping hazards. Holes and cracks can be filled and ground flush.
Epoxy and painted concrete will fail over time and need to be ground off to polish or prep for another coating. Sometimes heavy sealers/cure and seals can cause very slippery concrete and polishing can help with that as well.
Dying/Staining concrete is a great way to enhance the beauty of it. Logos can be a nice touch for businesses or a man/woman cave.
Joints are necessary to help prevent cracking in concrete. Filling and shaving the joints level to the floor make for easier cleaning.

Maintenance
Polished concrete needs to be swept and mopped regularly. In bigger settings, a floor scrubber machine is recommended. Sealers can be reapplied and/or burnished for a refreshed shine and improved chemical resistance. We can help plan maintenance or help maintain your polished concrete.
